Better Camera and Controls for Building#895

Definitely could use better camera controls and super fine tuning with positioning/scaling (being able to adjust by .1 or .01). Example being, changing position on the Red Axis from 5.00 to 5.12. These would be massive QoL changes. Adding custom socket points would be great too. Another good addition would be to allow fusing accessory parts together. This would help with making adjustments to parts made up of multiple accessories.
