The pilot really needs to be inside the robot and not connected through a wireless link, for it to be a suit or a mech, currently it’s a drone and I’m really not a fan of that. I know this might not be the goal of the creator and it’s one of those little changes that affect the entire game but I would love if the character was actually inside the robot.

Older versions of the lore had it where the pilot was mind-copied into the machine, like as seen in ID-0. A better take on the idea, makes your machine less disposable while still allowing for an explanation on having extra lives
