Quantum Kelvinizer deals no damage#807

The tech unit is bugged, and doesn’t deal the 1000% Ice damage as intended. It only triggers the visual effects and the instant QB trigger, but doesn’t do anything. It’s bugged, tldr.

It does do damage from my own playtesting, the problem is that its range is EXRTEMELY short. You basically need to be nearly touching the enemy.

Explains why I thought it was bugged…
