Regain Shields#773

There needs to be a better way to regain shields instead of waiting for regen. Many boss encounters have you kite with a gun so that their own shields don’t regen while you’re waiting for yours. Having to wait for shields to regen even when encounters are over is boring for casual players and exploitable for serious players. It’s a pain having to stop in the middle of combat and run away so that your shields can regenerate, because attacks take much more health than shields.
