Weapon suggestion ( Heavy Altillery )#757

Trying to make a heavy altillery build which sacrifices mobility for armor and high firepower but the firepower part feel lacking.

Rework the 1 shot bullet shooter, cant hit anything with the bullet travel speed. Make it like the auto bullet but reduce the fire rate ( make it less spammable ) while still keeping the aoe dmg it have, or keep the current bullet travel speed but make it have higher dmg with a lil bit of aoe increase ( noticeable but not as big as detonator ).
Why I dont just use detonator? The delay for the bullet to explode doesn’t give the altillery feel

New weapon type for bullet launcher, the railgun. Guaranteed hit ( unless target behind cover ) and ridicolously high damage ( 1 shot boss potential with right tuning ).
To balance, high charge time ( can cancel, ofc ), can’t move while charging, only 1 bullet chambered for each launcher, low reserve ammo count ( 2 or 3 ), eat some armor after each shot to make it look like the railgun use the armor energy to shoot, and VERY obvious visual and noise ( multiplayer purpose, give time for enemy to search for cover ).

Lastly, dual wielding bullet shooter, I really hope all of these can be done

I feel “1 shot boss potential” is extremely unbalanced. Even with a highly optimized build the fastest I can kill bosses at my level is at most 5-10 minutes. Being able to just kill the thing instantly would be awful, and it’d be even dumber for PVP. Imagine you’re in an open map and suddenly you’re just dead because someone used the instant-kill mechanic.
