Glowing outline options#734

Not sure how to describe it but here goes, basically a option to have a glowing outline around a part like a neon light< Mabye as acustom color option? An exaple would be a sword part that the blade would be black but around the black red glowing outline to make look like a “anti matter” color scheme. or another example could be a gold base color with a blue outline to make like a “holy” color scheme. or a silver witha green outline to make it look irradiated.

I would to use this to create all kinds of energy based weapons! and mabye you can do it to armor peices to make look like it has energy sheilds on the armor itself!
