Form-fitting/minimalist weapon parts#730

Just like the Axial Core armor parts, add weapon parts for each type that are very barebones and minimalist, to give a better base for accessory-heavy weapon builds.

I’d say most parts for the energy gun are exactly that, but bullet guns are definitely pretty bulky and huge.
