More Mobility Options for Bullet Launchers#719

The new Energy Launcher “Photon” is a game changer as the backstep before the lasers fire off has saved my bacon on several occasions during boss encounters. Adding 1 or 2 for Bullet Launchers for forward, backward, or side momentum that isn’t tied to thrusters would let us pilots pull off some really clutch maneuvers.
