Oddly-oriented Accessory Aixs#716

When attaching accessories to the forearm, toe, heel and when attaching launchers to the shoulders the axis of movement are horrifically off-center. Instead of being perpendicular or parallel to the ground, the axis of movement are off on the feet and shoulder launchers by a large margin, and to a lesser extent the forearms. Is there a reason for this skewing of orientation? Can it be changed to match the other orientations on the rest of the body?
