Extend number of hangars instead of profiles#703

Just too many ideas in mind but limited by the number of hangars and having a second profile just for more hangars but having to grind it all again makes it less desirable.

I’ve actively filled up three entire profiles full of Mecha designs, 32 is waaaaaay too low a limit for a game like this. Ended up cloning my save data so I wouldn’t have to re-grind
