Buffs to melee-only Tech nodes#670

-Pressurised Gears: +melee range, +Physical (Melee damage)
-Firestarter: +melee range, +Heat, +Burn chance on melee
-Stormbringer: +melee range, +Shock, +Weaken chance on melee

Extended melee range would definitely be fun, and also kind of funny to use.

The rest of those buffs already exist in other nodes, particularly Architect.

Oh, some nodes on increasing strike speed would be great too
