option to hide bullet launcher and sheild when not in use#636

bullet launchers and sheilds can be very handy and overall fun to use, but bringing them into battle means that your Mecha will have to carry two bulking launchers on their shoulders and a bulking slab of armor on their arm. this often ruins cosmetic preferences in order to perform more effeciently in combat.

there should be an option to hide both the bullet launcher and the sheild when they are not in use or to hide them entirely even when they used.
