Import System Upgrade#634

The enhancement of the current import system to be more precise and have more quality of life features. One being to have the import categories have a drop down menu which list specific parts you want to import or shifting around weapons so you can more easily organise your loadout. This upgrade is even more lucrative now given accessories as you may just want import certain features instead of the whole package.

This is a rewrite of a existing post which seemingly disappeard into thin air.

Adding a decal and accessory category for the import system. This addition would be greatly useful for those wanting to use accessory or decal combinations from other builds without having to do the armor and weapon all over again.

Giving the categories a drop down menu which list specific armor parts alongside their other features like decals and accessories. This is so people dont have to import the whole package when wanting to use specific features from another design.

It would also be nice from the drop down menu to include multiple selection in case you want to import multiple parts. Speaking of multiple parts, this too could work for specific weapon parts.
