Ability to rewatch cutscenes#618

I just think it would be nice to have some sort of library where we can rewatch story/battle cutscenes.

Especially since the english translations are always improving.

Honestly, the translations for the last few story cutscenes were so bad that I could barely understand what was trying to be said.
