Procedural Generated Mass Raids#528

A procedural generated mission for singleplayer and multiplayer with different scenery, base layout, enemy placement and more, based on post #269 [Mass Raids Gamemode].

We know that the devs are already using procedural generation for maps which have been limited to underground scenery, I do hope for their expansion to the surface to be something like Mass Raids as it adds more randomness and replayability with more things to take account.

Makes the map feel larger and like we truly are in a war [which we are suppose to be in].

In order to expand more factors in the procedural generation, Id figure they would need more machine enemies when its not Quarks like post #490 [Diversity in Cyclops/Bandit armaments]. Namely turrets and more cannon fodder like enemies such as drone tanks since Mass are expensive and should be reserved for more elite units.

Speaking of Quarks, it would be neat to utilise the red zones #271 [Use of Red Zones] as a new but more dangerous environment for the gamemode with events such as a Void Storm which reduces vision and buffs the Quarks until it passes. Possibly some sort of time limit effect since the Void Particle concentration is really high and it eats away at our Mass slowly?
