Rival System#496

Make a special boss that appear as random encounter that eventually become your rival and each time it appear it will have diffrent weapon and look dropping a unique armor part

just like Stalker in warframe
or
Rival in shadow or mordor

welp, Warner Brother games just patented the Nemesis System from Shadow of Mordor so this idea is dead. Sorry.
