Strobe Function in MASS Design#482

Please consider adding a Strobe effect option during MASS Design - Painting subfunction, any part with a Glow enabled. Speed Slider and Type selector. Eg:
(Speed simply affects duration of cycle)

• Beacon (oscillate between on and off, like a police or emergency vehicle)
• Gradient (scale up to max and back down to nil, like a light dimmer)
• Segment (scale up in set increments to max and back down to nil, like a multi brightness lamp switch)

Plus any other options that seem interesting.

This simple feature combined with Accessories and Glowing Decals vastly increases possible creations, innumerable to count the whole variety. Will allow for amazing additional customization.

Supplement: Have an option on Client Interface to disable this option on other user’s MASSes for those with visual sensitivities or impairments, such as epilepsy.

(This disable option should also really apply to Glow effects, they can be bothersome as well)
