Sub element 2 on the Kaiser S-R1 L-Arm#478

Sub element 2 covers way too much area when painting, the upper and lower halves of the armor piece should probably be in seperate sub-elements as this single sub-element takes up the upper and lower halves on one side AND the upper half on the other side.

Issue persists for all the kaiser lower arm parts sub element 2, just far too large.
