Decal symmetry on center armour parts#451

It would be rather handy if you could enable symmetry to decals applied to torso, head, and waist parts, instead of having to apply a seperate decal if you want 2 of the same decals on a centre armour part to have a symmetrical decal design

This has been talked about a lot and is greatly wanted [especially me] but nobody has made a post about it which was a suprise until now when I went to check.
