New shield claw part to be released as an assaulter.#325

It confuses me to no end why the decision to release the first legitimate “claw” part, pictured below, was as an entirely cosmetic shield part and not an assaulter, especially when claw weapons were so highly requested. As such, I am suggestig that it be added to the assaulter selection in addition to the shield part selection.

Like this, but instead of a expanded custom bracer, a bracer that has claws.

I mean, technically you got what you wanted but not exactly, sooooo do I list this as completed?
