Armor accessory ideas#314

Accessories similiar to tactical equipment found on most modern soldiers. Ranging from extra armor plating, ammo pouches, weapon holsters, knives, grenades of varying type, headlights etc. To make this even better, some could be animated like the lights or headgear like nightvision goggles.

One can wonder what kind of accessories they are planning to add, nothing has been shown yet I think.

Possible animated additional stuff:
A small animated radar and possible similar stuff,
Some additional animated hydrolics to place them on joints,
a backpack or a visible storage filled with some items,
Laser pointers,
Solar panels,
some lights like planes, attaching them to tip of wings etc,
Additional bullet belts/storages etc,
Gas tanks with perhaps some symbols on them,
A few grappling hooks on suitable places,
A few steam engine style gas valves to puff out some steam maybe…

One idea that could extend to weapon accessories too would be some sort of moving armor similar to the Unicorn Gundam. The accessory part itself would be tied to the Quantum Break mechanic and anything similar where it would move upon QB activation.

Transforming armor may be better off as a accessory since the player has more control over it and the devs dont need to redesign or design any armor set to include it. It would also theoretically work on all weapons too except for ranged since we cant use them during QB. No full face lift though unless you use it very smartly or horn splitting.

Since the arrival of the glorious accessories in 0.7, I have noticed a distinct lack of sharp shapes/armor accessories which have prove troublesome for many. Right now the best we got is the cubes, pentagons, hexagons and the various pyramids, hard to work with when trying to make something like down below, we dont even have a pure triangle accessory.

The 0.8 armor set might actually have something like this given the rumors most had already guessed it to be aerodynamic with sleek mixed in.
