[Bug] Weapon decals are not working#275

Both the Bracers, Custom and Expanded Custom are bugged in a way which messes with decals placed on them, decals become thin lines when not surfaced wrapped and when they are, they just turn into squares.

Decal bugs are also found on the seventh and eighth decal slot. The bug is preventing player from applying decals other than the first caution decal. When we selected other decals, both offsets default become -100 and scale become 1. When players attempt to readjust the offsets and scale, the bug changes the selected decal into the caution decal.
