More Decal slots!#255

I feel very limited when using the decals as I only have a limited amount to use before I run out. Having 8 decal slots on every armor and weapon part would be great for those MASS artists out there.

Ok now I want more than just 8 per part if they do figure out how to put decals on top of accessories.
