Glow color setting to slider rather than toggle#237

I would like to be able to have full saturation on the colors some glowing parts without the becoming blindingly bright and detail obscuring, so the ability to slide down the glow of a glowing part without sacrificing the saturation of the color or completly removing the glow would be appreciated.
