Remove name restrictions#197

I think “6-32 Characters, A-Z, a-z, 0-9, - and No first-last white space” is a bit too much restriction to naming stuff specially weapons. I can’t even name my sword “sword” or my axe “axe”.

I’d also like to name my robots with kanji / kana and I believe other people would like to name stuff with cyrillic or in arabic too instead of roman letters only.
